Zhangjiagang Runkun Wear Resistant Materials CO., Ltd. is a company specializing in manufacturing wear resistant steel plates (wear resistant composite steel plates), wear resistant pipe, and extreme wear resistant electrode. There are 63 wear resistant steel plate producing lines and 15 wear resistant pipe producing lines in our factory. Hardness of welding layer is 58-65 degree which still has high wear resistance even under the temperature of 500 ~ 600 Celsius degree when the tempering hardness remain unchanged . The wear-resistance of our products is 20~ 25 times better than low carbon steel, 8 ~ 12 times better than stainless and high manganese steel,1.5 times better than high-carbon and high-chromium wear resistant steel plates. Additionally,the plates can be curled into different curvature of arcs depending on the thickness of different motherboards. Our company has the largest wear resistant composite steel plate production lines. We can produce12m*2.2m=26.4 wear resistant plate at one time which is 6.5 times larger than the biggest size in current market and ended the history of importing large wear resistant steel plates from other countries. At the same time,we highly improved the work efficiency of our large national projects and the usage effectiveness of wear resistant steel plates and solved the problems that come from traditional wear resistant plates such as too many welding seams, hard forming and so on. Meanwhile, we maximized the utilization of steel plates in order to reduce the wastage. To different size requests, our company can customize the products according to the drawings in order to reduce our costumers` material wastage to zero. Bimetallic wear resistant composite pipe is produced by digital automatic inner wall welding machine, the smallest pipe`s diameter we can produce is 80mm, thickness of the wear resistant layer is 2~30mm. The wear resistant pipe has bimetallic characteristics which work layer is wear resistant and the base layer is flexible. Wear resistant layer contains high carbon and high chromium. Wear resistant layer has high temperature resistance containing Mo,W,V,B,Nb,Ti and other alloy elements, the microstructure of wear resistant layer is eutectic +M7C3 carbide or complex carbide so that the product has very good wearability and it can be applied under the circumstances of normal temperature, high temperature, medium impact, low stress impact.
